Mac OS X
Disk image containing GOWrite 2 is available. Note that only this disk image contains all
Mac specific features, ZIP installation does not contains all of it.
GOWrite2 3.0
GOWrite2 3.0 requires java 11 or later. Adopt OpenJDK project offers JRE for free. Thumbnail viewer is not available, as porting for new Java versions is not done.
Installation image is now zip file, containing GOWrite.app.
GOWrite2 2.3
GOWrite2 2.3 requires Mac OS X 10.4 or layer. Thumbnail viewer works only with 10.5 and later.
Download and Install GOWrite 2
Please download "Mac OS X" installation package of GOWrite 2 from
download page.
To install from downloaded disk image, open it in MAC, and see install.txt for most recent
installation instructions.
GOWrite can be drag'n dropped from disk image to applications folder.
Thumbnail viewer should be drag'n dropped to library folder.
GOWrite Requirements
GOWrite 3: Mac OS with java 11 or later.
GOWrite 2.3: Mac OS 10.4 or later.
GOWrite 2.2: Mac OS 10.3 or later. Mex OS X 10.2 is possible to use, if Java has been updated to version 1.4.
